Dermal fillers and Polynucleotides all require pre-treatment with local anaesthetic cream, LMX4. So if you are requesting one of these treatments then book an initial appointment for LMX4 and then a subsequent appointment for the treatment that you would like 45 minutes later. For example LMX4 at 14:00 followed by Dermal Filler at 14:45
